CULTURE OF INTERPERSONAL INTERACTION BETWEEN TEACHER AND STUDENT IN CONFLICT SITUATIONS IN SECONDARY EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

Abstract: The article is devoted to the empirical analysis of the influence of psychological characteristics of the personal teacher on behavior in situations of aggression provocation in institutions of general secondary education of the Republic of Belarus. 388 teachers took part in the survey. The obtained results of the study are described: the hierarchy of types of interpersonal relations regardless of the gender of the teacher; the strength and nature of the correlation relationship for teachers between behavioral and emotional reactions to conflict situations in the educational space and personal characteristics (extroversion, neuroticism, openness to new things, etc.), the type of interpersonal relations, strategies of behavior in conflict.

КУЛЬТУРА МЕЖЛИЧНОСТНОГО ВЗАИМОДЕЙСТВИЯ ПЕДАГОГА И УЧАЩЕГОСЯ В СИТУАЦИЯХ КОНФЛИКТА В УЧРЕЖДЕНИЯХ СРЕДНЕГО ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ РЕСПУБЛИКИ БЕЛАРУСЬ

Резюме: Статья посвящена эмпирическому анализу влияния психологических характеристик личностных педагога на поведение в ситуациях провокации агрессии в учреждениях общего среднего образования Республики Беларусь. В опросе приняли участие 388 учителей. Описаны полученные результаты исследования: иерархия типов межличностных отношений вне зависимости от пола педагога; сила и характер корреляционной взаимосвязи для педагогов между поведенческими и эмоциональными реакциями на ситуации конфликта в образовательном пространстве и личностными характеристиками (экстраверсия, нейротизм, открытость к новому и др.), типом межличностных отношений, стратегиями поведения в конфликте.
